Photoemulsions
We offer a full range of high performance photemulsions in two main types. Diazo Photoemulsions are a 2 part system which achieve optimum results including high abrasion resistance, high definition and resolution, high film thickness and resistance to solvents. Diazo / photopolymer emulsions are a new generation of high performance composite emulsions which give excellent results under a wide range of working conditions.
Diazo 22
All round emulsion with wide exposure latitude, excellent resolution, definition, durability and easy working properties.
Diazo 32
Outstanding for fine detail, very high definition resolution and half tone work. Excellent solvent resistance.
Diazo 915/916
New technology product combining the best of diazo and photopolymer chemistry. High resistance to solvents and radiation curing. Outstanding resolution and definition. Economical in use, fast exposure and very wide working latitude. Works well in high humidity conditions. Non-polluting and biodegradable.
For all photoemulsions, standard packs either 6 x 0.9 litre pots or 4 x 4.5 litre pots.
Screen Preparation
Adhesive
Two part system for screen mounting. Suitable for all types of frames. Excellent brushing properties and extended pot life. Fast curing and resistant to solvents.
Screen Preparation Paste
For de-greasing and mesh pre-treatment for direct emulsions. Removes natural and synthetic fats, oils and grease residues. Suitable for new and used screens. Ensures consistant adhesion, eliminates static, fish eyes and pin holes.
In all applications, these pastes have now been replaced by the Dry Steam Screen Cleaner which degreases screens perfectly without the use of solvents, soaps or chemicals (click www.ggcade.co.uk/drysteamscreencleaner.html).
Dichromate
Dichromate photoemulsions have now been phased out due to the concern over the possible carcinogenic properties of the hexavalent chrome contained in their formulations. Clients should not use or attempt to prepare dichromate emulsions.
Active Screen Cleaner
Blend of active solvents and emulsifying detergent. Removes cold ink residues prior to stencil de-coating and assists in screen cleaning/re-claiming.
Solvent Resistant Screen Filler
Water soluble filler for masking and spotting out solvent resistant stencils. Excellent abrasion resistance, economical in use and easily removable.
Stencil De-Coating Powder
Highly effective and economical de-coating concentrate. Active ingredients remain fully in solution even in hard water.
