BOTTLE/TUMBLER ROUNDNESS TESTER
Control of the 'snap' distance (the distance from the underside of the screen to the surface of the glass) is a vital factor in achieving print quality and consistancy. The G G Cade Bottle/Tumbler Roundness Tester is a special jig that holds the base and finish of the piece to be tested. Using a precision test indicator and rotating the piece, variations in the eccentricity can be shown. This test shows compressed seams or any other defects in roundness and verticality and is used in the QC testing of glassware prior to decorating. The Bottle/Tumbler Roundness Tester comes with 3 different base cups, the sizes of which can be specified by the customer.
