WASHOUT AND STENCIL PROCESSING BOOTHS

Our range of specially designed booths are available in two versions. The standard Washout Booth, with a galvanised steel rear panel, and the Stencil Processing Booth, with an illuminated rear panel.

All models are constructed from rigid galvanised steel yet are light weight enabling easy movement from site to site. They have a deep design to avoid splash back and include adjustable support bars in order to accommodate all sizes of screen frame in the correct position.

Stencil Processing booths are supplied with a water gun, connecting tube and through-wall connector for use with the available cold water supply. Both types of booth can also be used with an external, high pressure, washing facility or High Pressure Steam Cleaner. These may be particularly useful in areas of low water pressure.

The illuminated Stencil Processing Booth version has an acrylic rear panel which houses cold running fluorescent tubes switched via an extremely safe air operated switching system. The light source allows detailed examination of stencils and helps to ensure the complete removal of photoemulsion from the unexposed image area. A large door gives easy access to the light box for tube changing and other maintenance.

All booths are equipped with 38 mm waste.
